December and Christmas is traditionally the ‘time for giving’, but that isn’t quite the case for us lot here at MWA Technology. For we’ve been busy raising money for 2 exceptionally worthy charities this November.
Since the beginning of November, in the lead up to Children In Need, 2 giant 1 kilogram boxes of Shortbread biscuits were raffled, with all donations going to the BBC charity.
Donations poured into Michele, and when the shortbread crumbs had settled, Martin and Glen were taking home a giant biscuit box each, and over £110 had been generously raised. We’d like to, once again, thank everyone for their generosity in their kind donations.
The giving continues, as 6 of the team are busy growing their mo’s, and raising money this Movember. With 10 days to go, we are now thoroughly in the irritable, itchy phase of moustache growth, but our team are powering through, and the results are looking fine and dandy.
So far, a staggering £470 has been raised but we are seeking even more.
