Problem:
Having replaced all on-site meters, following advice by another metering company, Madres Field was continuing to experience the same fault as originally reported.
Kamstrup recommended that they contact MWA for expert advice.
Solution:
After a site visit, MWA identified the problem which lay with the pipework and was nothing at all to do with the meters.
The result:
Unfortunately for the client they had already spent unnecessary time and money replacing the original meters, after poor initial advice. But, thanks to MWA the problem was quickly and easily rectified.
This has lead to a strong client – supplier relationship where Madres Field respect and trust in the specialist knowledge of the MWA experts.
