On Saturday 6th August MWA Technology staff went abseiling down the Fort Dunlop building in aid of Global’s Make Some Noise, a charity dedicated to disadvantaged children and young people who have been bereaved of a parent, sibling or friend.
Five brave members of MWA Technology took on the challenge raising £260 for this fantastic cause. Andrew Smith, Erica Wardell, Kim Pritchard, Graham Harvey and Teyon Atterbury gathered for a quick snap before their adventure began:
Fort Dunlop stands at nearly 25 meters high (the same as 6 double-decker buses!), but the team put their vertigo to one side for this just cause and started their journey back down to solid ground. Take a peak at our gallery below and don’t forget, you can still sponsor the team on Just Giving.
