Superstatic 440/531
The Superstatic 440 heat meter is the main range from Sontex covering sizes 15 to 250mm ,EN1434 Class 2 MID approved and RHI compliant. By using fluid oscillation for flow measurement it provides high accuracy heating and cooling measurement. The measuring principle is unique to the Sontex brand and allows the meter to operate with glycol solutions whilst retaining the accuracy and MID Class 2.The Superstatic 400 meters have been used in the UK on district heating schemes and also on Commercial RHI installations..
The models 15mm with a Qp1.0 to 40mm with a Qp10.0 have threaded BSP male connection , with unions.
Models 50mm Qp15 and above have flanged PN16 connection as standard all have a 3 metre long signal cable.
The Qp rating is the nominal flow rate the meter can measure up to.
The Superstatic 440 is supplied with the Supercal 531integrator and a pair of 2 metre PT500 temperature sensors and 1/2 inch BSPM pockets. The 531 is available with battery or 24v AC and 230v AC powered versions with pulse and MBus output fitted as standard.
A wide range of optional communication modules are available such as Modbus,Bacnet and Radio.
Superstatic 449
The Superstatic 449 offers the same performance as the Superstatic 449 with a smaller design also,EN1434 MID Class 2 and RHI compliant.The design of the integrator is similar to the Supercal 531 with the same internal power supplies ,battery or 230v AC with pulse and MBus output fitted as standard communication outputs MBus, ModBus ,Pulse and Radio
PT500 1.5 metre temperature sensors are supplied with one built into the meter body to give a more compact design.The other having 1/2 inch BSPM connection..

Superstatic 749
The Superstatic 749 is a new compact design ,MID Class 2 and RHI compliant.
The Compact design of the integrator has a 12 year battery with communication pulsed output.
PT500 1.5 metre temperature sensors are supplied with one built into the meter body to give a more compact design . The other having 1/2 inch BSPM connection.
The 749 meter is available15mm Qp1.5 and 20 mm Qp1.5 and Qp2.5 with an 0.8 metre signal cable with BSPM unions.
The MBus option has a 6 year battery.
Superstatic 789
The 789 is a new compact design with a composite body instead of brass ,EN1434 Class 2 MID approved & RHI compliant.
The power supply is a 12 year battery operated with pulse output.
